Our dream is a world where people can maximize their abilities and use them for their own and society’s benefit.
Ensuring a child’s optimal development is important to every parent. In the event of any suspected deviation, particularly in the areas of motor, cognitive, or psychosocial development, it is crucial to conduct a thorough assessment of the child’s current developmental level. If discrepancies are confirmed, finding the appropriate support is essential.
To achieve this goal, Dr. Katalin Lakatos developed the LongiKid® assessment and the internationally renowned and recognized TSMT®/HRG therapy methods.

When is the TSMT® Model useful?
The TSMT® Model, which includes the Longitudinal Complex Assessment (LongiKid®) and the TSMT® (Targeted Sensorimotor Training) and HRG (Hydrotherapeutic Rehabilitation Gymnastics) methods, can provide effective support for children with atypical development in numerous cases, such as:
Delayed speech development
Autism spectrum disorder
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Delayed motor development
Sensory processing disorder
Behavioral difficulties
Learning disorders
The Process
At the beginning of therapy, every child undergoes a detailed assessment, including the Longitudinal Complex Assessment (LongiKid®). Based on this, a personalized therapy plan is developed, tailored to the family’s circumstances and individual needs. The therapy protocol includes regular reassessments every six months to track the child’s progress and adjust developmental goals as necessary.
Therapy Implementation
During therapy, children perform complex, personalized exercises that gradually become more challenging to strengthen neural connections and promote sensorimotor integration. For optimal results:
- Individual therapies require at least three sessions per week.
- Group sessions should be attended at least twice weekly.
Parental involvement is a key factor in the success of individual TSMT® therapy. Parents either conduct the exercises at home or ensure the child participates in regular development sessions. Therapists regularly consult with parents to modify exercises and keep individual development goals in focus.
