Katalin lakatos
Creator of the TSMT® and HRG Methods
Katalin Lakatos, PhD (1964 – 2016), was a Hungarian conductor, movement therapist, and certified swimming coach. She developed the Hydrotherapy Rehabilitation Gymnastics (HRG) and Targeted Sensory-Motor Training (TSMT®) methodologies.
The TSMT® therapy is a developmental method that reorganizes and rewires the neurological foundations by influencing the nervous system. As a result, it supports the maturation of the nervous system, leading to potential improvements in movement, speech, and behavior.
